Nick Watson has worked at SEGRO plc since 2012. Nick started as a Secondment - Investment role in March 2012 and later became an Investment Director in April 2013. Prior to that, they worked at Cushman & Wakefield - Formerly DTZ, where they held the position of Associate Director from September 2003 to March 2012.
Nick Watson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from the University of Reading, where they attended from 1999 to 2002. Nick then pursued a Master's degree in Real Estate from the same university, completing it in 2003. Nick also obtained certifications as a Chartered Surveyor in November 2005 and as an RICS Registered Valuer in 2011 from the RICS institution.
