Sukru Tugbay Kumoglu, a graduate of gazi University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Finance, started his banking career at Garanti Bank in 1999. Kumoglu held different positions in the bank's branch, regional and general directorate organizations and in 2006 he took on the role of Regional Director at Turkish Economy Bank Inc. (TEB). After a year as Regional Director, he was appointed as Retail Banking Sales Director of the same bank in 2007. In addition to his role as Sales Director, Kumoglu served as a Member of the Board of Directors responsible for the expansion of retail banking activities at TEB Sha Kosovo between 2013 and 2018, most recently as group director of the TEB Retail Banking Sales and Call Center. Sukru Tugbay Kumoglu was appointed as The Deputy General Manager for Şekerbank Retail and Agricultural Banking in December 2019 and has been responsible for SME Banking since July 2020.
