Victor Soroka has over 15 years of work experience, starting in 2007. Victor began their career at Azimut Recruiting Company as a Recruiting Consultant in the finance industry. Victor then took on the role of Lead Recruiting Consultant before transitioning to VEU Sourcing Company as the HR Solutions Group Leader and Technical Recruiter. In 2011, Victor joined EPAM Systems, where they held various roles, including Recruiting Manager, Head of Talent Acquisition Office, and Senior Talent Acquisition Manager for leadership hiring. In 2017, Victor became a Co-Founder of a Talent Acquisition Consulting Practice at SELECT*. Most recently, in 2022, they founded their own company and serves as the CEO. Victor's expertise lies in talent acquisition and leadership hiring.
