Alex Kurmakov has a significant work experience starting in 1999 with Ford Motor Company as a Budget Analyst. From 2000 to 2007, they worked at Select Medical as a Financial Analyst and later as the Director of Compensation. In 2007, they became the Regional HR Director at Select Medical before transitioning to the role of Vice President, HR Services & Workforce Analytics in 2011.
