Aditya Sambyal

Aditya Sambyal is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in data and analytics, particularly in the insurance sector. Currently serving as ITS Senior Application Manager at Selective Insurance since June 2014, Aditya oversees the Data and Analytics Architecture group and manages multiple delivery teams focused on claims and customer analytics. Previous roles at Selective Insurance include ITS Application Manager, where contributions included enabling Azure ML as the enterprise machine learning platform, and leading projects that recovered significant financial losses through advanced analytics. Aditya's earlier experience includes positions at Kaiser Permanente IT and Mahindra Satyam, with a strong foundation in ETL development and compliance in data management. Aditya holds a Master of Science in Data Analytics from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the University of Jammu.
