Jen Tan

Jen Tan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as Head of Renewables for Singapore and Indonesia at Sembcorp Industries Ltd since December 2015. Jen has held various senior positions at Sembcorp, including Head of Integrated Solutions and Senior Vice President, Head of Solar Vertical, focusing on solar business development in Singapore and Southeast Asia. Prior to Sembcorp, Jen was Vice President at REC, where responsibilities included sales leadership for the APAC region and overseeing energy solutions. Jen's earlier career includes senior planning roles at TECH Semiconductor Pte Ltd and PSA Corporation, showcasing a strong background in operations, logistics, and planning. Jen holds an MBA from the National University of Singapore and a BA in Economics and Statistics from the same institution.
