Adam Kabzinski has a strong background in research and development, particularly in the field of reinforcing materials. Adam began their career as a Researcher PHD Student at Politechnika Łódzka, where they conducted research projects and operated laboratory testing equipment. After completing their PhD, Kabzinski joined Sempertrans as a Textile Reinforcements Specialist, overseeing the quality and performance of reinforcing materials used in rubber products. Adam then moved to The Institute of Security Technology MORATEX as a Scientific Researcher, where they supported the organization and supervision of the scientific department and participated in R&D projects related to ballistic body armors and transportation covers. Currently, Kabzinski is working at SEMPERIT AG as the Global Head of Laboratories and Reinforcements, responsible for supervising R&D laboratories across multiple locations and ensuring optimal productivity. Adam also manages a team focused on developing new reinforcing materials for Semperit Group's products in Europe and Asia.

Adam Kabzinski has a extensive educational background with a focus on engineering and technology. From 2000 to 2005, they attended Lodz University of Technology where they obtained a Master of Engineering degree with a concentration in Textile Architecture. Following this, from 2005 to 2011, Adam pursued a Research Doctorate in Textile Engineering at the same institution. In 2013 to 2014, they briefly attended the University of Lodz, where they completed a program in Mini MBA.
