Christian Gasser is an experienced legal and commercial advisor, currently serving as Legal & Commercial Advisor at GC Partners since January 2010, focusing on international legal advisory and digital transformation. In addition, Christian holds the position of Group Special Counsel at SEMPERIT AG, providing strategic guidance to the Group Executive Board and leading international projects, and has previously served as Group General Counsel there, overseeing all legal affairs. Semperit AG Holding is an Austria-based holding company engaged in the manufacturing of industrial rubber and plastic products. The Company operates in two sectors: Medical and Industrial. The Medical sector includes the Sempermed segment, which produces and sells gloves, including examination, protective and surgical gloves.
