David Mason

Dave Mason serves as General Counsel at Semrush since October 2022, having previously held a similar position at EverQuote from February 2014 to October 2022, where Dave oversaw operations for a leading online insurance marketplace in the U.S. Additionally, Dave Mason is a Founding Member of TechGC, a peer community for General Counsels, established in May 2017. Academic contributions include serving as an Adjunct Professor at Boston College Law School from 2006 to 2022, teaching courses on Law and Accounting. Prior experience includes roles as Deputy General Counsel at KAYAK, Associate at Bingham McCutchen, and various positions at U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, KPMG, Arthur Andersen LLP, and Deloitte.
