Michael Brideaux

Michael Brideaux is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales operations and management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Sales Operations at Semtech since March 2012, Michael leads a global sales operations team supporting over 120 sales members and more than 50 channel partners, with key responsibilities in sales compensation plan design, revenue forecasting, demand planning, and Salesforce management. Prior to Semtech, roles included Director of Sales Operations and Regional Sales Manager at Gennum Corporation, Global Program Manager at Celestica, and Technical Support Engineer at Rand Worldwide. Michael began the career as a Product Engineer at Cutler Hammer. Michael holds a Bachelor of Engineering Management degree in Computer Engineering from McMaster University, earned between 1992 and 1998.
