Jamie Shum

Jamie Shum is an experienced professional with a focus on recruitment, diversity, and community engagement. Currently serving as the People and Culture Lead at Send Chinatown Love since March 2023, Jamie has played a vital role in fundraising and cultural promotion. Previous experience includes significant positions at PepsiCo, where Jamie coordinated recruitment marketing and DE&I initiatives, and at Ithaca College, where Jamie directed engagement for the ICUnity Executive Board. Jamie also worked as an Admissions Advisor at Purchase College, managing application processes and recruitment strategies, and has contributed to various organizations in roles focused on digital marketing and events coordination. Jamie holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication Management and Design from Ithaca College and is currently pursuing a certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of South Florida.
