Glenn Pecht

Glenn Pecht is an experienced professional in the manufacturing industry, currently serving as Managing Director and General Manager for Wuhan and Tianjin at Senior Flexonics since January 2001. In this role, Glenn oversees two plants, driving profitable sales growth in China while developing competitive strategies and maintaining full P&L responsibility. Previous positions include Director of Technology and Business Unit Director, where Glenn managed a $21.6 million business unit and was responsible for product design and engineering. Additionally, as General Manager and Global Business Director at Senior Flexonics Wuhan, Glenn has leveraged global expertise in high-volume manufacturing and lean practices. Prior experience includes a project management role at John Crane, overseeing global product launches and business development initiatives. Glenn holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Mechanics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management, and is currently pursuing executive training at Hult Ashridge.
