Hemant Patil is a seasoned professional in manufacturing systems and digital transformation with extensive experience across various roles in leading technology and consulting firms. Currently serving as Senior Manufacturing Systems Specialist at Sensata Technologies, Hemant previously held the position of Head of IoT at Kagool, focusing on IoT practice development and Industry 4.0 consulting. Prior experience includes a successful tenure as Senior Consultant and Trainer in digital transformation, as well as significant leadership roles at Tata Technologies Limited, advancing capabilities in manufacturing execution systems (MES) and Industry 4.0. Hemant's career began at Autosoft and was enriched through impactful projects with GE Digital, establishing a strong foundation in automation, controls, and MES solutions. Hemant holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Pune Institute of Computer Technology.
