Katia Lacerda

Katia Lacerda currently serves as the Head of Transformation & Performance at Sensedia, where significant achievements include the development of strategic OKRs, facilitation of executive-level strategic planning, establishment of an executive PDCA process, and initiation of an experimentation process based on MVPs. Prior to Sensedia, Katia co-founded Giving Back to the World NGO, dedicated to supporting unemployed individuals during the COVID-19 crisis, and worked as an Executive Coach after leading Katia Lacerda Coaching. Katia's extensive experience in IT includes roles at CI&T, ranging from Software Engineer to IT Executive, focusing on performance improvement in the financial market. Katia has also held various positions in early career development at CPQD, Matera, and Junior Enterprise. Educationally, Katia holds multiple coaching certifications and an MBA in Management from FGV.
