Sensei
James Innocca is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in account management, service delivery, and technical support. Currently serving as an Account Manager at Sensei since August 2023, James previously held significant roles at the National Gallery of Victoria, including Acting Head of IT and IT Manager, from November 2018 to August 2023. Prior experience includes positions such as Service Delivery Manager and Application Support Lead at Empired, Founder of Mr PC Geek, and various support analyst roles at companies like Clayton Utz and Norton Rose Fulbright. James holds a degree in Computer Systems Engineering and Information Technology from RMIT University, completed between 2003 and 2008.
