Phil Thibodeau, P. Eng., is a seasoned engineering professional currently serving as Senior Manager of Product Management at Sensience since December 2023. Previously, Phil held various leadership roles at Honda R&D Americas, LLC from June 2011 to December 2023, including Group Lead for Battery Systems Test and Controls, where Phil founded a battery test group and led innovations in Battery Management Systems. Phil's accomplishments include directing significant projects such as the Acura TLX drivetrain development and the introduction of the first hybrid powertrain in the Acura MDX. Phil's educational background features a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Dalhousie University and an MBA from Purdue University Daniels School of Business, expected to be completed in 2024.
