Shona Jefferson currently serves as the UK&I Country Leader at Sensormatic since July 2024 and previously held the role of Interim Country Leader - UK&I. In addition, Shona has been the Head of UK Shopping Centres at ShopperTrak since July 2017. Prior experience includes a position as National Account Manager at Springboard Research Ltd from March 2013 to May 2017 and a role as Sessional Lecturer in Fashion & Business Enterprise at North Warwickshire & Hinckley College from January 2011 to March 2013, where responsibilities included supporting an alternative teaching program for disengaged youth. Earlier in her career, Shona worked as an Assistant Manager at Laura Ashley from January 2007 to December 2010.
