Roland Diggelmann is an experienced algorithm developer currently working at Sentec since May 2022, previously holding a junior algorithm developer position. Prior to Sentec, Roland served as a postdoctoral researcher at ETH Zürich from January 2020 to April 2022 and completed a PhD in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering at ETH Zürich between 2015 and 2019. Roland's academic background includes a Master of Science from EPFL in Life Sciences and Technologies (2011-2013) and a Bachelor of Science in Sciences et technologies du vivant from EPFL (2008-2011), along with a research internship in Neuroscience at the University of Melbourne (2012-2013). Earlier experiences include a software development internship focused on creating a GUI for a microelectrode array chip and a summer internship at Drugdesigntech SA.
