Prior to this role, Nicole was the Vice President of Marketing at Scott Insurance from June 2012 to March 2016, collaborating with producers and carriers to create competitive risk management programs. Nicole also held the position of Marketing Manager at Senn Dunn Insurance from 1996 to 2011, where a robust marketing department was established to manage new business and renewals. Nicole attained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Illinois State University between 1990 and 1993.
