Ken Kirk, BComm CPA CMA, is an experienced finance executive currently serving as President of Sepro Systems since April 2024. Previously, Ken held various significant positions at Sepro Mineral Systems Corp, including Chief Financial Officer from December 2010 to December 2019 and Vice President of Global Operations from December 2014 to December 2016. Ken's earlier career includes roles as Director of Finance at Cascade Aerospace Inc., Controller at John Deere, and management positions related to finance and audits within the John Deere organization. Ken holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Marketing from Saint Mary's University and has completed the Queens CFO Leadership program.

Sepro Mineral Processing International began in 1987 by a group of ex-GE employees in England. Little did they know, across the pond in Abbotsford Canada, Steve McAlister was building the first Falcon Concentrators out of his garage. It would be another two decades before these two companies merged, and when they did, Sepro Mineral Systems Corp. was born. Sepro is now the largest Canadian supplier of mineral processing and aggregate solutions, with offices and operations worldwide. Our family of companies has also grown to include Canamix, Met-Solve Labs and Carminex Systems. These original businesses also sparked the development of Sepro Urban Mining, a new entity created through a combination of expertise and insights from the legacy companies.
