Deputy Chief Planning Officer - Strategy & Analysis at Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority

Ryan Judge has extensive experience in urban planning and strategy, currently serving as the Deputy Chief Planning Officer for Strategy & Analysis at the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) since August 2018. Prior roles include Manager of Strategic Planning and Senior Long Range Planner at SEPTA, as well as Senior Planner at the Delaware County Planning Department, where coordination of county planning efforts was a key focus. Additional experience includes positions at the Delaware County Conservation District, where Ryan served as a Public Director, and involvement as an Advisory Board Member for the September 11th National Memorial Trail. Ryan began a career in planning and landscape design with roles at B. Thayer Associates and gained early experience through internships with the Delaware County Planning Department. An educational background includes a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from Penn State University and studies at The Pantheon Institute in Rome, Italy.
