Jane Wei

Jane Wei is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance and consulting. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at Sequoia Capital since January 2023, Jane previously held the role of Project Leader and Consultant at Boston Consulting Group from September 2019 to December 2022. Prior to BCG, Jane worked at Goldman Sachs from July 2013 to July 2017, where responsibilities included leading macroeconomic and asset market analysis for emerging markets and conducting research on European equity markets within the Global Investment Research division. Jane Wei holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and has a Master’s Degree in Economics, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Econometrics and Mathematical Economics, both from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
