James Park currently serves as Senior Managing Director for CBRE Investment Banking, a position held since October 2023 following the acquisition of Sera Global by CBRE. Previously, James Park was a Partner at Sera Global since June 2021, and prior to that, held the role of Managing Director at Evercore from December 2015 to May 2021, specializing in Global Real Estate Advisory. James Park also served as Managing Director at RCS Capital from May 2013 to September 2015, supporting the largest US non-traded real estate/alternatives platform. Earlier in the career, James Park was Managing Director in the Real Estate, Lodging, and Leisure Group at UBS Investment Bank from 2003 to April 2013. James Park holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and an AB in Economics from Dartmouth College.
