Christian R. Santillo serves as the Director of Digital Marketing at Seramount, part of EAB, since April 2022, where responsibility includes leading the digital strategy and team across multiple initiatives. Additionally, Christian is a Director of Digital Marketing at EAB and holds a position on the Board of Directors for the Higher Education Web Professionals Association (HighEdWeb) until June 2024. Christian's prior experience at the College of the Holy Cross included tenure as Associate Director of Marketing and Communications, where efforts focused on developing a comprehensive digital strategy and overseeing a complex web ecosystem. Previous roles included Assistant Director of Public Affairs for Web Communications and Interim Editor, where significant contributions were made to web operations and content management. Earlier experience includes serving as Chief Engineer and Webmaster for WCHC 88.1-FM, where Christian innovated the station's web presence. Educational background includes degrees from the College of the Holy Cross and the Institut Universitaire International de Luxembourg.
