Shaun Madigan is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, and strategic management. Currently serving as Vice President at Serendipity Capital since September 2020, Shaun focuses on investments in critical technology and infrastructure, particularly in disruptive sectors such as artificial intelligence and climate sustainability. Prior to this role, Shaun held various positions at Prudential Corporation Asia as Senior Regional Manager, Strategy, and at Commonwealth Bank as Senior Manager and Manager within the Group Mergers & Acquisitions team, overseeing international M&A activities and strategic transactions. Shaun began the professional journey as an Analyst in Nomura's Investment Banking Division. Shaun earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Accounting from The University of Queensland.
