Scott Hammond

Scott Hammond is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in cloud computing and artificial intelligence. Currently serving as an Investor and Advisor at Weav AI since October 2021, Scott has also been an Executive Consultant at Serverless Inc. since February 2019. Previous roles include Independent Director at Rainforest QA, Executive Chairman at MAANA, Inc., and CEO and President at Joyent. Scott co-founded both the Node.js Foundation and the Cloud Native Computing Foundation, contributing significantly to open source projects. With an academic background that includes an MBA from The Wharton School and a BS in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Rochester, Scott's expertise spans from cloud management to software quality assurance.
