Joanna Bilionis

Joanna Bilionis has extensive experience in leadership and management within the financial services and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Network Chairperson of the Women's Leadership Council and Women@SE ERG at Service Express since January 2020, Joanna is responsible for executing networking events and collaborating on diversity and inclusion initiatives. With a notable tenure at Honeywell Safety & Productivity Solutions from May 2015, Joanna transitioned from Regional Scanner Specialist to National Channel Manager. Prior experience at JPMorgan Chase & Co. included the role of Branch Manager Vice President, achieving a revenue growth of 29% in 2013 while developing employees and fostering customer service excellence. Joanna's banking career began as a Teller, progressing through various management positions at TCF National Bank, where effective lead prospecting and customer relationship management were key focuses. Joanna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Business Administration from Western Michigan University.
