Josephine Copeland

Josephine Copeland is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in partner enablement and training program management. Currently serving as a Senior Global Partner Enablement Program Manager at ServiceNow since February 2019, Josephine manages the delivery of over 100 global partner webcasts and oversees the development of sales and pre-sales enablement curriculums. Prior to this role, Josephine held multiple positions at Cisco from 2010 to 2018, including Sales Training Program Manager, Business Development Manager, and Senior Sales Enablement Program Manager, where responsibilities encompassed developing global training programs and managing integration strategies for acquired companies.
