Paul Smith is the Chief Commercial Officer at ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW).

He is responsible for overseeing ServiceNow’s global sales efforts, including sales, pre-sales, sales enablement, value management, global operations, and alliances and channel ecosystem, driving all resources to help solve the challenges of any customer at the CxO level.

Paul joined ServiceNow in July 2020 as SVP & General Manager of EMEA and was promoted to President, EMEA in January 2021. He assumed the CCO role in January 2022.

With 20 years’ experience in senior leadership roles across the technology industry, Paul’s passion for applying innovation to reinvent work and challenge legacy business models is stronger than ever at ServiceNow.

He has a proven track record of managing highly effective go‑to‑market operations and developing new markets to create triple-digit growth. He also holds a number of key allyship roles. These roles see Paul driving real change and impact for under-represented groups and advancing ServiceNow’s diversity, inclusion, and belonging charter globally.

Prior to ServiceNow, Paul held senior positions at Salesforce, Microsoft, and Proctor and Gamble.
