Josie Harvey

Josie Harvey serves as the VP of Customer Success at ServiceTrade since September 2024. Prior to this role, Josie held the position of Senior Director, Commercial Customer Success & Renewals at Salesloft, where leadership focused on enhancing customer business outcomes and renewal experiences. Josie was the Head of Customer Success at FullStory from January 2020 to April 2023, leading a global team, expanding operations, and developing leadership in the Americas. Josie's career also includes various roles at Salesforce, where responsibilities ranged from managing customer success programs to directing content development for the Pardot Cloud Practice. Earlier experience includes a position as Communications Specialist at CertusBank. Josie holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Auburn University.
