Divya Sathyan is an experienced HR professional with a robust career spanning from 2003 to the present, currently serving as Associate Vice President - HR at Servion since July 2014. Divya's prior roles at Servion Global Solutions include Senior Manager and Manager in HR. Previous experience includes a position as Assistant Manager at iSOFT and Senior Executive - HR at AIG Systems Solutions. Divya has played a key role in spearheading Annual Performance Reviews and managing campus recruitment initiatives. Academic qualifications include an International Business Program with a focus on HR and Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, a Master's in Human Resource Management from Pondicherry University, and a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition & Dietetics from the University of Madras.
