Andrea Schray is a skilled professional with extensive experience in claims management and medical records. Currently serving as a Claims Service Representative at SET SEG since June 2022, Andrea previously worked at Coverys from October 2010 to June 2022 as a Coding, Reporting & Medical Records Specialist, where responsibilities included managing CMS Section 111 Reporting and supporting claims consultants. Prior to that, Andrea was a Claims Processor at Allstate from March 1997 to August 2009, coordinating litigation calendars and preparing files for trials. Andrea holds a degree in Medical Billing & Coding from Career Quest Learning Centers, Inc.

SET SEG is a non-profit company that was created in 1971 to offer schools comprehensive and affordable employee benefit solutions for Michigan public schools and their employees. Since its creation, the needs of Michigan's public education community continued to change and SET SEG grew into an organization offering a spectrum of insurance services including not only employee benefits, but property/casualty and workers' compensation as well.
