Kody Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2010, they began their career as a Helicopter Crewchief and US Naval Aircrewman in the United States Marine Corps, where they served until 2015. Following their military service, Kody co-founded the UMKC Experimental Rocketry Club and served as its Vice President from 2017 to 2019. Kody then gained professional experience in the software engineering field, starting as a Software Engineer Intern at Cerner Corporation from May to August 2019. Kody further developed their skills as a Software Engineer I at Command Alkon from March to June 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Software Engineer at SETWorks, starting from June 2020.
Kody Johnson attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City from 2016 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
