Fran Hartman has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations. Starting in 2002, Fran worked as a Senior Project Officer for NSW Health's Cancer Institute NSW. From 2007 to 2017, Fran held the position of Quality Management and Accreditation Officer at Family Planning NSW. In 2017, Fran became the Business Improvement Manager at the Australian Foundation for Disability (AFFORD). In 2018, Fran joined NSW Health as a Project Officer and later moved to Settlement Services International, where they held roles including Audit and Compliance Officer, Quality and Compliance Manager, and currently serve as the Head of Quality Risk and Compliance.
Fran Hartman has a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Sydney. They have also pursued postgraduate studies, including a Master of Communication in Professions and Organisations from Macquarie University, a Diploma of Quality Auditing from TAFE NSW, and a Graduate Certificate in Change Management from TAFE NSW.
