Shrishti Rana

Shrishti Rana is currently a Junior IT Project Manager at Seven Hills Foundation, where responsibilities include leading the roll-out of HRIS and EMR systems and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency. Previous experience includes roles as an IT Project Management Intern, representing the School of Professional Studies in the Graduate Student Council, and serving as a Peer Mentor and Graduate Teaching Assistant at Clark University. Prior to academic roles, Shrishti worked as a Talent Acquisition Executive at Agrima Services and held recruitment internships, developing skills in candidate sourcing and interviewing. Education includes a Master of Science in Project Management from Clark University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Delhi University.
