Jonathan Ashley

Jonathan Ashley is an experienced professional in economic regulation and public policy, currently serving as the Head of Economic Regulation at Severn Trent since September 2020, where leadership involves the development of the PR24 business plan. Previously, Jonathan held the position of Regulatory Policy Manager at National Grid from June 2018 to September 2020, leading incentives work for the RIIO-2 business plan. Jonathan's extensive background also includes significant roles at Ofwat, where achievements spanned from Directorship dedicated to policy development for the PR19 price review to contributions as Associate Director and Principal Economist on customer engagement and affordability under the Water 2020 programme.
