Ameena Majid

Ameena Majid is the Impact & Sustainability Partner at Seyfarth Shaw LLP, providing outside counsel on executive compensation and employee benefit matters for mid- to large-publicly traded companies since 1998. In addition, Ameena is a member of Top Tier Impact, a global community focused on integrating financial returns with impact metrics. As an investor in Impact Engine Ventures, Ameena supports early-stage social entrepreneurs addressing significant social needs. Furthermore, as an advisory board member for Able Made, Ameena guides a social enterprise in the fashion industry on various strategic areas. Ameena was also a fellow in Pipeline Fellowship, training women in impact investing. Ameena earned a J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and a B.A. in Journalism and Political Science from the University of Iowa.
