Serene joined Susquehanna Growth Equity in 2018 and is dedicated to value creation. In this capacity, she works with companies across the Susquehanna portfolio to accelerate growth on a variety of strategic topics.
Prior to joining Susquehanna, Serene worked as a management consultant at Cicero Group where she helped senior executives to define and implement growth strategies, drive operational efficiency, and transform their organizations. Her clients spanned a variety of geographies and sectors, ranging from technology to social impact.
Serene is from Tokyo and is fluent in Japanese. She is a Boston-qualified marathon runner and enjoys out-eating everyone at dinner. Outside of work and marathon training, she is typically found reading, traveling, or enjoying the outdoors.
Serene graduated from Brigham Young University with a B.A. in Political Science.
