Rita is the Co-Founder, Chief Strategist, and Editor-in-Chief at Shaka Guide. Rita has over 10 years of experience in the technology industry, with a focus on software design, sales, and marketing.
Prior to Shaka Guide, Rita co-founded Mobile Matic LLC, a mobile application and web programming services provider. At Mobile Matic, Rita was responsible for the software design process, including UI experience and back-end development. Rita was also successful in procuring client contracts through aggressive sales and marketing.
Rita has also worked as an accounting and business consultant. In this role, they helped national and local clients build a total of 10 apps for iPhone, iPad, and Android.
Rita has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Brigham Young University–Hawaii.
