Nickolaus McClain is an experienced professional with a strong background in technical support and accounting. Nickolaus also held various roles at Best Buy from May 2008 to January 2016, including Geek Squad Manager and Sales Floor Supervisor, where the focus was on managing a retail team and providing technical support to customers. Educational qualifications include an ITS Certification and a high school diploma from Ripley High School.
