Prior to this, Leah held the position of Chief Strategist at Social Capital from August 2018 to November 2024. Leah's extensive experience in nonprofit leadership includes roles such as Senior Vice President of Resource Development at United Way of Metropolitan Chicago (May 2016 - August 2018) and Senior Vice President of Development at Feeding America (January 2011 - April 2016), among others. Leah began a career at Greater Chicago Food Depository, where positions included Director of External Affairs and Director of Individual Giving. Leah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Africana Studies from Grinnell College and a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from North Park University.
