Lou Troilo

Lou Troilo has a comprehensive work experience spanning several companies.

Lou currently holds the position of SVP & GM: SharpCloud US at SharpCloud Software since October 2019.

Prior to that, they worked at Microsoft as a Customer Success Executive from November 2017 to October 2019.

From 2009 to 2017, Lou Troilo held various roles at Oracle. Lou served as a Strategic Engagement Director from September 2015 to March 2017, where they designed and executed global sales talent enablement initiatives. Lou also developed and implemented a sales leadership/coaching program and a new sales interviewing program.

Before joining Oracle, Lou Troilo worked at Primavera Systems, Inc. From 1991 to 2009, they served as the Director of Training & Employee Development, overseeing training and development efforts within the organization.

Lou Troilo completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General at the Saint Joseph's University - Erivan K. Haub School of Business. Lou attended the university from 1998 to 2002.
