Michelle Nelson has extensive experience in design and branding, currently serving in the role of Brand Synergy + Experiential Design at Shaw Industries since July 2005. In this capacity, Michelle facilitates multi-brand collaboration to create synergistic strategies across residential brands. Previously, Michelle held positions such as Director of Design for Residential Brands and Mainstreet Commercial, where leadership of an 11-member design team was a key focus, and Art Director for Shaw Floors, collaborating on cohesive branding initiatives. Additionally, Michelle's role as Art Director involved overseeing creative projects across multiple channels and managing design teams. Since September 2021, Michelle has also contributed to Mea Creations by providing branding and marketing support for high-end health and beauty products. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Fort Hays State University, along with advanced studies at Harvard Business School and Designlab.
