Deborah Daly (GAICD) has had a diverse and extensive work experience. In 2023, they served as the Interim Head of Business Growth at Deborah Mentors, where they focused on delivering a program of Business Growth and connecting with organizations to offer them an alternative option to give back.

From 2010 onwards, Deborah worked at Impetus - Advisory, Consultancy, and Interim Executive Practice as a Director and Principal Consultant. Deborah Daly (GAICD) has an extensive education history. Deborah graduated from the Australian Institute of Company Directors in 2012, where they completed the Directors Course (GAICD). Prior to that, they obtained an MBA from Monash University between 2005 and 2008, focusing on Strategy and Strategic Finance and Business Planning. Deborah also holds a B Bus degree from Victoria University, which they completed from 1991 to 1994, specializing in Business, Marketing, and HR. Deborah's undergraduate education includes a BA degree from the University of Melbourne from 1988 to 1990, where they studied Economics and Psychology. Additionally, they pursued studies in Supply Chain Management at APICS in 2003.

Deborah Daly has obtained various certifications throughout their career. Deborah became an Accredited Coach and Trainer in Service Leader Coaching and Sales Leader Coaching from FranklinCovey in 2018 and 2017, respectively.
