Natalie Bastian serves as the Global Chief Marketing Officer at Teads since May 2022, where significant achievements include transforming the company into a global omnichannel platform and launching CTV offerings across over 50 markets, resulting in remarkable increases in press mentions and revenue. Previously, Bastian held executive marketing roles at Tubi, Roku Inc., and DISH Media, reforming organizations to drive growth and enhance brand visibility. Bastian also contributes to industry leadership through board membership at the Ad Council and involvement with Natalie Runs It. An alumna of Edgewood College, Bastian holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies.

We have been invested in women’s achievement since we were first organized as Advertising Women of New York (AWNY) more than 100 years ago. We recently changed our name to She Runs It because as the industry has evolved over the years we’ve grown to be more than advertising and more than New York. Even more than women. We’re proud of everyone, including the many men, who join us. When we started, we wanted to give more women a seat at the table. Now, we want to see more women at the head of the table. The reason is simple. Women are proven leaders. Women motivate. Innovate. Today, women run companies. Communities. Countries. They are growth-oriented leaders, and focus on steady, sustainable growth. Women are good for business. Companies with more women as leaders are also more financially successful. More socially responsible. And that’s good for everyone. Which is why we bring together both women and men who want to build the world we want to live in. We have chapters in New York and Chicago, with more expansion plans in 2017.
