Vincent Lee has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Vincent started their career at Prometheus as a Financial Analyst, where they oversaw budgeting and profitability analysis. Vincent then moved on to Aetna Realty Investors, where they worked as an Asset Manager and Senior Real Estate Analyst, managing a portfolio of diverse properties. In 1994, they took on the role of Vice President at Ameriton Properties Inc./Archstone-Smith, where they played a key role in acquiring and managing apartment units across multiple locations. Vincent then worked at BRE Properties Inc. as an Acquisitions Director, where they focused on acquiring and evaluating apartment assets in Southern California. Following this, they joined JPI West Inc. as a Senior Vice President, leading various transactions involving apartment assets. Currently, Vincent works as the Vice President of Acquisitions & Dispositions at Shea Properties.
Vincent Lee pursued their education in a chronological manner. From 1983 to 1987, they attended the Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business, earning a B.S. Commerce degree with a focus on Finance. Continuing their academic journey, Lee enrolled at San Jose State University from 1993 to 1994, where they pursued their MBA and specialized in Finance.

The company's legacy of milestone achievements includes the building of the diversion channels for the Hoover Dam, the foundations for the Golden Gate and Oakland Bay bridges, and the tunnels for San Francisco's Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) system. Recently, JF Shea Construction helped build one of the largest desalination plants in the nation in Carlsbad, California, tunneled under the streets of Manhattan for the New York City subway system, and is currently working on the Los Angeles Metro LAX/Crenshaw line and the Purple Line extension.
