Philippa Box

Philippa Box's work experience begins in 2010 when they worked as a Human Resources Project Officer at HSBC. Philippa then moved on to Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where they held roles as a Learning Analyst and later as a Learning & Leadership Development Consultant, managing learning cycles, talent development programs, and facilitating core curriculum courses. In 2015, Philippa joined GoGet Carshare as the HR & Training Manager, responsible for creating a HR function and providing employee relations advice. Philippa then worked at Fireco as a Senior HR Advisor and at OSM Aviation as an HR Advisor. In 2018, Philippa joined AXA Health as a Training & Development Leader, managing training initiatives and supporting business change projects. Philippa'smost recent role is at Shearwater GeoServices, where they initially served as a Senior HR Generalist UK and then progressed to roles such as UK HR Manager, Europe HR Manager (acting), Global Head of HR, and currently, Senior Vice President Human Resources.

From 2005 to 2009, Philippa Box attended the University of Surrey where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree (BSc Hons) in Business Management.
