Jade Sweeney-Bowen is an experienced global recruiter with a strong background in the energy sector, having led recruitment for Shell Energy Europe from January 2020 to September 2021, focusing on Trading & Supply. Prior to this role, Jade had an extensive career in reward and analytics, including managerial and consultancy positions at Oakleaf Partnership Limited and CS-Partners Sustainability Executive Search. Jade holds a BSc in Medical Anthropology from Durham University, completed from January 2006 to January 2009.
