Oğuz Onay

Oğuz Onay is an experienced Business Development Manager currently working at Shell since June 2025, focusing on South Europe and guiding initiatives that align with the triple bottom line of People, Planet, and Profit. Previously, Oğuz held similar roles at MIDEL & MIVOLT Fluids Ltd. following its acquisition by Shell in December 2023, and at M&I Materials Limited, where expertise in the transformer industry facilitated commercial growth across EMEA. Oğuz's background includes leading multimillion-euro projects at GE Grid Solutions, where responsibilities encompassed the full project lifecycle, as well as managing high-voltage substations. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Istanbul University and an Associate of Science in Industrial Electronics from Istanbul Technical University, where Oğuz was valedictorian.
