Pallavy Borah

Pallavy Borah is an experienced professional currently serving as the Delivery Head - MARS at SHEROES since October 2023. Prior to this role, Pallavy was the Head of Customer Experience at Mylo from May 2020 to October 2023, where a customer-first approach was emphasized to enhance customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. Pallavy also held the position of Head - Community at Mylo, focusing on building and nurturing online communities that support women's empowerment. Earlier in the career, Pallavy was the Head of Delivery and Remote Projects at SHEROES, contributing to project execution and analytics, and served as Job Board Manager at Fleximoms under SAITA Consulting Pvt. Ltd. Pallavy holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from Assam Engineering College and St. Mary's Convent in Guwahati, Assam.
